What To Do When ICE Comes Knocking?

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.
Do you know what to do if the Department of Labor audits your school's HB-1 Visa documentation? Can you be fined as an employer for issues related to your immigrant employees? Do you have to let Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents into your school? Do school field trips put your undocumented students at risk? Can ICE agents pick up your parents in the carpool line? Learn the answers to these questions and more as two legal experts review charter school responsibilities and liabilities under federal immigration laws. Remember: ignorance is not a defense.
*Participants will earn a 1-hr CLE credit for this session.
