Authorizers. Employees. Unions. SPLC. NLRB. NAACP. There certainly has not been a shortfall of legal attacks against Louisiana's charter schools within recent years. This panel of local and national legal experts will reflect on major and minor litigation that have impacted our schools over the past ten years, as well as discuss their predictions of what legal issues still lay ahead so that schools can best prepare.
